Kids Inc Day Nursery Aylesbury Achieves ‘Good’ Ofsted Rating

Kids Inc Nurseries are delighted to announce that Kids Inc Day Nursery Aylesbury has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in its recent inspection. This achievement highlights the consistent quality of care and education provided by the dedicated staff at our Aylesbury nursery, ensuring that the children in our care receive the best possible start in life.

The Ofsted inspector commended several aspects of the nursery, stating: ‘As children arrive, they separate confidently from their parents. This includes babies who are very new to this welcoming setting. Settling-in sessions are planned to meet the individual needs of children and their families. Staff follow children’s individual routines to meet their needs, which helps children to feel safe and secure.’

At Kids Inc Aylesbury, a strong emphasis is placed on supporting children’s overall development, allowing them to thrive in a nurturing and stimulating environment:
‘Children know the routine well and what is expected of them. They listen to the clear instructions from staff and follow these well. Staff consistently use good manners, which children repeat, such as saying please and thank you. Children explore the environment and activities happily with their friends.’

The management team was praised for their commitment to continuous improvement and staff well-being, with the inspector stating: ‘The enthusiastic new management team has implemented a well-balanced curriculum which builds on children’s knowledge and prepares them for their next stage in learning. Staff’s well-being is a priority, and they report they feel well-supported.’ We would like to say a massive well done particularly to Jess, who was faced with the inspection on her first day as the nursery manager!
