Frequently Asked Questions
We know that childcare arrangements come with a lot of questions, from how fees are worked out to how funding works. Here you’ll find answers to the most common queries about our fees, funding, and booking patterns.
Talk to Arthur AIOur fees are based on the number of days or half-days your child attends each week, spread evenly over 51 weeks per year. This includes all food, consumables, and activities – there are no hidden extras.
You can use government funded hours if eligible, with availability depending on whether you qualify for 15 or 30 hours, from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
We offer a sibling discount of 5% for children whose younger siblings also attend the nursery, but this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
If you need extra sessions, they can be booked in advance with the nursery manager, subject to availability, and payment is required at the time of booking.
Fees are due in full on the 1st of each month, and late payments may result in charges and possible suspension of your child's nursery place.
