Frequently Asked Questions

Sending your children to nursery for the first time can be a daunting experience. We are here to help answer any questions that you may have to help put your mind at rest. Here are some of the more common ones…

Do I need to make an appointment to view the nursery?

We operate an ‘open door’ policy, so you are welcome to come and see the nursery and meet the team at any time that is convenient to you. However, during the current Covid period, visiting times are limited in line with our Covid procedures.  We recommend that you contact the nursery manager to arrange a day and time for your visit.

How do I book a place for my child at your day nursery?

If you visit our nurseries you can find the nursery contact information and an enquiry form. Use the links to contact us or complete an enquiry form and our team will be in touch.

What happens when I visit the day nursery?

You will be asked to show your ID and sign the visitors’ book. You will then be shown all of the nursery rooms and gardens, and will be invited to ask further questions during your visit. You will not be permitted to use your mobile phone or any other recording/camera device whilst you are in the nursery.
