What do Ofsted say about us?
Our last Ofsted inspection took place in January 2018 and the overall outcome was ‘GOOD’.
The inspection report highlights the following points:
‘The management team is resilient and demonstrates a good understanding of its roles and responsibilities. It is committed to improving all aspects of the provision to continually improve the outcomes for children.’
“Children follow good hygiene routines, including the youngest children in the provision. They enjoy healthy snacks and meals, which promote their good health.’
‘Parents and staff work effectively in partnership. Staff regularly share information about children’s progress with parents. who are extremely happy with the provision.’
‘Children are well prepared for their move on to their next stage in learning, such as school.’
‘The manager provides professional development opportunities to enhance staff’s skills.’
‘Parents are actively involved in the settling-in procedures and staff adapt to the children’s needs, such as extending this period. Staff build close relationships with children.’
‘All children make good progress from when they start at the settling, including children who have SEN and/or disabilities.’
