Festival of Sleep – Friday 3 January
Join us at nursery today wearing your cosy PJ’s for this fun day of sleep!

Winnie the Pooh Day – Friday 17 January
Bring your favourite teddy bear to tea today and enjoy some traditional stories from this popular childhood character.

Chinese New Year – Monday 27 January
Today we will be celebrating the Year of the Rat by making decorations, masks and enjoying a yummy stir fry for tea.

National Story Telling Week – Monday 3 February to Friday 7 February
Bring in your favourite story to share and read with all your friends.

Valentine’s Day Workshop – 9.30am to 10.30am, Friday 14 February
Drop in and join your child in making a card and gift for someone special. All welcome.

Pancake Day – 8.00am to 8.45am, Tuesday 25 February
Join us for breakfast and indulge in some delicious toppings, traditional lemon, raisins, jam or syrup. Which one will you choose?

Saint David’s Day – Monday 2 March
We will be making traditional Daffodils to celebrate this national day.

World Book Day – Thursday 5 March
Bring in your favourite bed time story to share with your friends and dress up as your favourite story book character to come to nursery today.

National Sing Up Day – 9.15am to 9.45am, Wednesday 11 March
Join us for a fun music, song and rhyme time session in our sensory room, and we will raise the roof! Everyone is welcome.

St Patrick’s Day – Tuesday 17 March
To celebrate today we would like you to come dressed in green and we will be making lucky shamrocks.

Mother’s Day Workshop – 9.30am to 10.30am, Friday 20 March
We would like to invite daddies and grandads to nursery to help make a lovely gift for mummies or grandmas, all ready for Mothering Sunday.

Easter Arts and Crafts session – 9.30am to 10.30am, Thursday 17 April
Join us for a creative Easter fun session with your little one.

Easter Bonnet Parade and Egg Hunt – Friday 19 April
Celebrate in style by creating a unique bonnet with your little one, all entries will receive a certificate and there will be a prize for the winning bonnet in each class. All bonnets will be displayed and we will enjoy a fabulous parade with all our contestants, we will finish the afternoon with our fun Easter egg hunt!

St George’s Day – Thursday 23 April
Today we will be celebrating by wearing red and white to nursery and making flags to celebrate today.
